"Having been going to the gym for the past few years, I became interested in taking part in fitness competition. In April 2016 I contacted Adam and told him about my wish to compete. So that's how it all started.
12 weeks prior to my very first bikini fitness competition, Adam sent me all the training and nutrition plans via email which were changed whenever it was needed. Even though the programme was thoroughly written and explained, I could still ask Adam silly questions and the smartest answers were always given.

"I started the New Year with a mission to lose weight as most people do, over the years I’ve tried most fads/training ideas etc and even several PT’s but never really had the results I wanted with them.
I’m fortunate enough to train at UFB and so had seen Adam around (he’s hard to miss!) but what really sold me was when I saw the results he’d had with other clients on his web page, as soon as I saw that I knew I needed Adams help. My starting shape/size was similar to Brendan’s so I was hoping for Adam to do something similar with me.
After an initial consultation where Adam finds out your current level of fitness etc and what you want to achieve, he then writes you a detailed bespoke Training and Nutrition plan covering each day. This is one of the major plus points of Adams training as it can be hard to keep the nutrition side on track and so having a detailed plan of what to eat helps so much with meal prep. Having a detailed training plan also gives you something to aim for and another benefit of Adams training is he gets you to focus on technique and also offers some great training videos if you are unsure about any exercises. Throughout the training Adam keeps things fresh by changing your routine at set periods so it doesn’t get stale and will also take any feedback and tweak the training accordingly. Adams knowledge and attention to detail spurred me on to complete my 12 week course (whereas in the past I would have given up after not seeing the results I wanted), and seeing the results in the mirror and on the scales each week just motivated me to push myself harder.
I have just completed my 12 week program with Adam and have already signed up for more training, in the brief time I have been training with Adam I have seen such amazing results and have lost almost 2 stone already! I cannot recommend Adam highly enough and as can be seen from his website the results speak for themselves, whatever your goal is. I’m going to keep training with him until I can beat him in an arm wrestle or I get to retirement age (I’m 42), I’m pretty sure how this will end up though!"

"I started training with Adam in September 2014 after deciding I wanted to push myself to achieve the goal of taking part in a Bikini Fitness competition. I was training 5 or 6 days a week already; but wasn't seeing the results I knew I needed if I wanted to take the step of becoming a bikini athlete.
I contacted Adam and we had a chat about the training I was currently doing, my diet and my goals. Adam was so encouraging and assured me that if I entered a competition in November - he would have me ready in time. This gave Adam and I a total of 12 weeks to complete a transformation.
As I don't live near Adam - all my training was offered online. He sent me through a nutrition plan and an exercise regime which I stuck to religiously. “My most recent prep with Adam was for my third fitness show over the course of almost two years working together. After placing second in my last show, Adam gave me the advice to take a year away from competing and to change my focus from getting stage ready to building muscle and making improvements; then when the time was right, start another cut and do another show.
Lots of people said to me “this is your third show, surely you know what you are doing by now and wont need a coach” – but I couldn’t disagree more. Having Adam as my coach keeps me on track and accountable to someone for all my successes and failures. Adam also has a wealth of knowledge and experience that I believe is totally unrivalled in the industry. His methods and approach to diet and training are based on fact and also your own personal requirements. I am sure that at times Adam knows my body better than I do.
I had a total of 14 weeks prep after a solid 12 months off of strict dieting. Adam provided me with an ‘off season’ plan which was focused on growing muscle and building the areas that needed most improvement. Over the 14 weeks, Adam gave me weekly feed back and any updates, changes or adjustments were made based on our check ins. I don’t live near Adam, so it was all done online and via email. He consistently monitored my progress and we worked together at every step of the way – it doesn’t feel like you are left to do it alone. As long as you follow his plan and guidance, you will get the results.
So after taking Adam’s advice of a year off, and working with Adam for my most recent prep, I walked away from my competition with First Place in Bikini Tall, Bikini Junior and overall Female of the entire competition. WELL WORTH THE WAIT AND THE WORK.

“Ever since I started taking my training seriously in January 2013, I had a clear goal to one day step on stage and compete. At the time I knew nothing about competing, the federations, the different categories in each competition or what judges are looking for. However what I did know was in order for me to fulfil my dream of competing I wouldn’t be able to do it alone and I would need professional help.
Having researched and trialled a number of different dieting and training methods over the years I noticed I wasn’t getting the results I expected of someone who put in so much effort and followed very strict guidelines when it came to nutrition. I knew there was something missing, something I wasn’t doing right, that’s when I contacted Adam. I was always familiar with Adams work through social media and was inspired by what Adam had achieved and the success his clients had experienced in their competitions under Adams guidance. However after the initial hiccups I was back on track and I can say I enjoyed every training session set. I was hearing so much "BroScience" when discussing competing which started to confuse me so I started looking for a coach. "After using Adam for an initial 8 week Cut in May 2014 and getting unbelievable results, I had no hesitation in using Adam again for a 10 week Competition Prep starting September 2014. "I turned 45 in 2014 and I was determined to lose weight and get fit having tried and failed many times before, and whilst I was successful to a degree, progress was slow and hard going and my gains were at risk. In January 2015 I decided to seek the help of a professional as I knew the ‘right’ meal planning and training was key if I wanted to progress my weight loss and fitness. So I decided to hire a Personal Trainer near where I worked in the centre of Birmingham as I was a bit of a novice in the gym and I wanted to train early because of my work commitments. I discovered Adam via social media and found out he worked at Ultimate Fitness Gym near Brindley Place so I contacted him and arranged a first meeting and I have never regretted doing so.
From the outset Adam never judged me, he sought to understand my lifestyle and work life and he developed a meal plan that 3 months in I still enjoy, and whilst my eating habits changed for the better, Adam incorporated what I enjoyed eating into the plan along with the right supplements to help my progress. However, the biggest change has been the training I do and the way Adam coaches, and as someone who coaches people for a living I know what a great coach looks like and Adam is a great coach. "Adam was my prep coach for the past 6 months in my build up to Miami Pro World’s 2015. In this time I have seen amazing results which I wouldn’t have been able to get by myself.
