WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • You will receive two 4-Week training plans specifically tailored to your goals (including sets/reps/tempo and teaching points for each exercise).
  • Exclusive member access to hundreds of online video tutorials if you are ever unsure on exercise techniques.
  • Bespoke nutrition plans based on the information you provide to us on the client forms. Each nutrition plan will provide example meals as well as macro’s.
  • Supplement stack recommendations specific to your goal.
  • You will receive a 30 page in-depth eBook with your program, covering all FAQ’s and top tips on training, cooking, sleeping, free meals, tracking progress, hydration and client discount codes.

CHECK IN’S:

Throughout your 8-Weeks you will have designated “check in’s” with your coach to make sure you’re getting the most out of your program and to make any amendments where necessary.

In an 8-Week Program you will have 4 check in’s:

  1. Initial emails when your program is sent out
  2. On Week 2
  3. On Week 4
  4. Closing up email to send final results, transformation pictures and gain feedback

GETTING STARTED:

You can purchase your 8-Week Plan directly from the website right now. Upon purchase you will automatically be sent a link to download the client forms. These forms will provide us with everything we need to know in order to write your personalised plan. In the forms, we ask 20 questions, ask for a recent progress picture and 3-day food diary.

Once we receive your client forms it will take between 3-5 days to write & send your program back to you.
