Working with Me Is Simple. Here’s How It Works...
Select Your 12-Week Program (Accelerate or Transform).
After you purchase your plan you will automatically get sent the client forms. On here are 30 questions asking you everything from: past training experience, your exact goals, nutrition preferences, injuries & specific areas you want to work on. This information will be the basis of what Adam writes your plan from, as well as this Adam will need a need a 3 day food diary and x3 Day 1 Progress pictures.
Once returning the client forms you will receive your program within 48-72 hours and officially be part of the team and starting your transformation journey!
MINIMUM SIGN UP IS 12 WEEKS. AJPerformance doesn’t sell 4, 6 or 8 weeks programs. One of the common mistakes people make whilst dieting is IMPATIENCE & expecting results within a couple weeks. Because of this the MINIMUM timeframe Adam wants clients to commit to working with him is 12 WEEKS. Once you complete your initial 12 week program you’re allowed to go onto a monthly rolling contract.
All training plans are bespoke and tailored to YOU based off the answered you put in your client forms, so whether you’re a beginner or an experienced trainer the plan will made for you.
1. I’m new to training, are the programs suitable for beginners?
Again your program will be based off your previous training experience. If you’re new to training, x3 weight sessions per week will be enough to get results, if you’re an advanced trainer is likely to be more like x5 session p/w.
2. How many times a week will I need to train?
At the end of you program you will have a review with Adam and receive feedback on the past 12 weeks and then if you would like to continue you’re allowed to switch onto a monthly retainer at this stage. Adam has been working with some clients online for 5+ years.
3. What happens after the 12 week program has finished ?
No. You will need minimal supplements in your program just the core basics and the emphasis will be put on good quality nutrition.
4. Will I need to take a load of supplements?
Yes you can email and book one in during your program. If you have purchased the TRANSFORM program you have one session included in your package.
5. Can I have 1:1 PT with Adam during the online program?
Within 7-14 days of following your plan you will already be starting to feel better. Visible changes will take longer but again depends on your previous training history and also the more you put into the plan and apply yourself the more you will get out of it.
6. How quickly can I expect to see results?
TRANSFORM is the most exclusive package Adam offers, it has the most contact time and you have access to Adam DAILY via VOXER to ask any questions. This level of support throughout your program is priceless and will help you get the best possible results. You also have x3 Maximiser calls throughout your program as well and x1 PT masterclass with Adam included in the package.
7. What’s the difference between the Accelerate & Transform package?
You don’t have to, but it helps with online training to see how your physique is changing week by week though. No pictures will ever get shared on social media without your consent first, this is in the Trainer/Client agreement you sign after purchasing your plan.
8. Do I have to send you pictures with my top ofF?
When you become an online client you will receive access to Adam’s Youtube channel to reference techniques on lifts, as well as a private video tutorials section on the website containing hundreds of exercise tutorials.
9. If I don’t know an exercise do you have tutorial videos?
Yes as part of being an online client you will receive a FREE recipe eBook EVERY month giving you ideas of what delicious meals you can eat to get into shape.
10. Do you give example recipes ?
Yes absolutely many clients have done this before you will just have to organise to pay the difference with Adam.
11. Can I change my mind and upgrade to your Transform package down the line?
Yes, Adam does work with vegetarians.
